About Woofer & Pup
Woofer & Pup has been offering dog training classes and 1:1 sessions in and around the Aylesbury area since 2020. Since 2023 we have added UK Sniffer Dogs Bronze and Silver level scent work classes to our services.
We are always striving to provide a happy and fun learning environment, and aim to help both dog and guardian understand each other better through science-based, force-free, positive reinforcement methods.
Meet The Team
Jo Hoskinson (MAPDT 01522)
Hi, I’m Jo, Owner and Head Trainer at Woofer & Pup. I’ve been working with dogs for 6+ years and am passionate about teaching people to have the best connection and communication with their dogs as possible.
I’m a full member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (MAPDT 01522) and a qualified UK Sniffer Dogs Bronze and Silver Instructor. I’m fully insured, DBS Checked and certified in canine first aid.
I currently have two wonderful Westies, Hugo (9) and Wilf (2), who keep me on my toes!
Katie Everett (APDT Student Member)
Katie joined the Woofer & Pup team as a Trainer in 2021. She has completed her training with the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (Foundation and Advanced courses) and is currently a Student Member. She is working towards her assessment for full membership. She runs her own successful dog walking business, Thame Canine Co. in Thame, Oxfordshire. She is fully insured, DBS Checked and canine first aid certified.
She has a two year old Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever called Gus, that will go to the ends of the earth for a ball!
